Geoff is a specialist in strategic planning and change management, having developed a solid reputation in IT financial services.

A consultant to Australian, Asian and European exchanges for the past 25 years - and also to major Australian institutions - Geoff was a key player in every Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) strategic planning activity between 1987 and 1998. He managed the landmark business strategy review, which led to ASX's eventual demutualisation and other pivotal securities industry reforms.

More recently, Geoff has undertaken assignments for the Singapore Exchange (SGX), the Australian Derivatives Exchange (ADX) and the Australian Wool Exchange, and has assisted in the strategy of demutalisation for NRMA and AMP. He has also project managed local and international e-commerce ventures.
