Surfboard Securities is an internet start-up venture that is building a new generation financial services platform based upon web and internet technologies. 

During 1999/2000 CSIS assisted Surfboard to develop its e-commerce platform by fulfilling the roles of Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Production Services Manager for approximately 9 months.
