CSIS was engaged by one of Australia's largest financial service providers (NRMA) to provide strategic advice on the selection of share registry services as part of the demutualisation of the organization and its associated listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

CSIS used its proprietary methodologies (REGsel) and led a team of CSIS consultants and NRMA staff through a formal tender for the selection of the share registry provider.

The NRMA share registry is the second largest in Australia with 1.6 million shareholdings. The tender resulted in multi-million dollar savings for NRMA.
