CSIS performed a targeted IT Strategic Review of the IT Systems and Infrastructure for the CEO of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange (HKFE).

This confidential report looked at the linkages between the proposed corporate strategic directions and the capabilities and systems available within the technology groups of the HKFE. Specific tactical focus areas were identified along with the identification of core strategic IT initiatives.
