CSIS was engaged by one of Australia's largest financial service providers (AMP) to provide strategic advice on the selection of share registry services as part of the demutualisation of the organization and its associated listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

CSIS presented a series of information sessions for AMP management and staff regarding the operations of the ASX and assisted with the selection of the share registry provider by designing a tender process and playing a key role in the selection procedure.

The AMP share registry was, at the time, the second largest in Australia with 1.4 million shareholdings. The project resulted in considerable cost savings and improved performance targets through the tender process.
